The star of the show is an impressive eight-ounce burger, double-ground in-house from a rich blend of New York steak, brisket, bone marrow, and chuck roll, then served on a house-made black & white sesame brioche bun. Chef Reyes layers in signature Picco flavor with crispy guanciale, garlic toum-Dijon spread, fennel ketchup, melted Parmesan, and a touch of red miso for extra depth and umami.
